Use your chess clock at work

I came across a WikiHow article which suggests a way that you could use a chess clock to improve your efficiency and productivity at work. I think that it's a clever idea and, for anyone who is genuinely concerned about analysing the way they perform in their work situation, it makes a great deal of sense.
